At TK Carsites, we’re here to help. That is the premise behind putting together a combined automotive Twitter/Facebook stream feed.
With the recent inclusion of “real-time results” on the search engines, getting your social media updates found has grown dramatically in importance. Our directory will stream the feeds of anyone in the industry – dealers, vendors, manufacturers, and everyone in between. The new technologies in search and social mixed with our own have made it necessary to optimize these streams for search engines.
That optimization starts here.
You don’t have to be a TK client to be included. We will have premium placement for our own clients, of course, but the benefits will go to anyone who:
- In the automotive industry
- Updates regularly
- Doesn’t spam (ie using your Twitter stream to feed inventory)
If you fit in this criteria and want to be included, please feel free to send me an email. It will be launched before NADA 2010, so get in early and reap the benefits today.
jrucker@tkcarsites.com if you want to be included.

Real time web is an exciting innovation in search technology. The simple fact is there is a direct relation between social media and search rankings and real time web affirms that.
JD is absolutely correct in saying “getting your social media updates found has grown dramatically in importance”. If you’re not involved in social media now, you better get moving.
